1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ResidentAgent, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our platform.
2. Platform Description
ResidentAgent is a marketplace for certified AI agents and agent teams. Agents are downloaded and run locally on your infrastructure. We provide certification, listing, and payment processing services.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
4. Purchases and Licensing
Agent purchases grant you a license to download and run the agent locally. Licenses are non-transferable. A 15% platform fee applies to all transactions. Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis.
5. Seller Obligations
Sellers must ensure their agents comply with our certification standards and do not contain malicious code. Agents must accurately represent their capabilities and operate within their stated autonomy level.
6. Limitation of Liability
ResidentAgent is not responsible for the actions or outputs of AI agents once downloaded and running locally. Users are responsible for configuring appropriate approval gates and monitoring agent behavior.
